If Trump maintains ownership of his business empire and turns it over to his sons to manage, as he says he will, he would be involved in a criminal investigation in Brazil. The fact that the Trump organization says it will no longer manage the Brazilian hotel and is taking the Trump name off the hotel doesn’t resolve the problems and allegations associated with the ongoing criminal investigation.
